ARTS & CULTURE

Long known as “the art coast of Michigan,” this community traces its creative roots back 100 years to the day when artists from The Art Institute of Chicago established The Summer School of Painting (now Ox-Bow School of Art) here. We’re also home to the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, which hosts art exhibits, stage productions, films, lectures, and other cultural events around the year. More...
